ZMONIE Finance — Fixed Investment & Loan Services

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern all financial services offered by Zmonie, including Fixed Investment and Loan services. By using the platform, users agree to comply with all terms stated below.

2. FIXED INVESTMENT TERMS

2.1 Investment Overview

Zmonie Fixed Investment allows users to invest funds for a fixed period and earn 10% monthly returns on your investment.

2.2 Investment Plans

2.3 Interest Payment

Investors earn 10% monthly interest on their investment. Interest payment schedule may be monthly or as agreed by the platform.

2.4 Investment Extension

Investors may extend their investment beyond the initial duration. Extension terms must be agreed before maturity.

⚠ 2.5 Capital Withdrawal

Early withdrawal before maturity is not allowed except under special agreement. Early withdrawal may result in loss of interest or penalties.

2.6 Next of Kin Policy

Every investor must provide a next of kin.
Next of kin must be at least 18 years old to access funds.
Next of kin must provide a verification code before claiming funds.
Physical presence may be required for identity verification.

3. LOAN TERMS

3.1 Eligibility

Applicants must be registered users of the platform.
Must provide a valid social media account (Facebook or identifiable online profile) for verification.
All provided information must be accurate and verifiable.

3.2 Loan Requirements

Applicants must provide one guarantor. Additional verification may be requested before approval.

3.3 Loan Approval

All applications are subject to approval. The platform reserves the right to approve or reject any application without explanation.

3.4 Repayment Terms

Repayment terms are agreed before disbursement. Borrowers must repay principal + agreed interest within the specified period.

3.5 Grace Period

Borrowers are entitled to a grace period of 3 to 5 days after due date without penalty where applicable.

⚠ 3.6 Default & Recovery

Failure to repay after grace period results in loan default. Recovery actions include:

Contacting borrower and guarantor
Debt recovery procedures
Engagement of authorized recovery agents
Reporting to relevant financial or credit monitoring systems

All recovery actions comply with applicable laws.

4. GENERAL TERMS

Zmonie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Users are responsible for reading and understanding all terms before use.
Misuse of services may lead to suspension or restriction of access.
All disputes handled in accordance with applicable financial services law.
By using Zmonie services, users agree to all terms in this document.
